- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups king Arthur unbleached all purpose flour
- Bake at 350° until golden brown (about 12 minutes)
